These guidelines help keep the directory useful, respectful and trustworthy for the Australian Shia community.
Accurate contact details
Names, phone numbers, locations, social media links, program times and service areas should be current and verifiable.
Verified community access
Mosques, Islamic centres, Husayniyas and organisations should nominate authorised representatives who can update their page and post events.
No misleading claims
Businesses and service providers should not claim qualifications, licences, affiliations or discounts they cannot honour.
Respectful content
Content should avoid sectarian provocation, harassment, discrimination, personal attacks or private information about others.
Report old or inactive pages
If a page is inaccessible, inactive for years or appears discontinued, report it so it can be reviewed or removed.
