1. Directory purpose

Shia Network Australia is a community directory that helps users discover businesses, services, community organisations, programs and events. We provide information and connection tools, not professional advice.

2. Accuracy of listings

We try to keep information accurate, but listings may change. Users should confirm details directly with the relevant business, centre, organisation or provider before relying on them.

3. User submissions

By submitting a listing, update, review, report or request, you confirm that the information is truthful, lawful and that you have permission to submit it.

4. Moderation

We may approve, edit, reject, remove or request verification for listings or content at our discretion, especially where content appears inaccurate, duplicated, inappropriate, unsafe or not relevant to the directory.

5. No endorsement

A listing, featured placement or premium placement does not mean Shia Network Australia guarantees, endorses or is responsible for that provider’s work, services, views or conduct.

6. Reviews and reports

Reviews and reports must be honest, respectful and based on genuine experience or reasonable concern. Abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or misleading content may be removed.
